  • Dissertation: Large Eddy Simulations of Complex Turbulent Flows
    Large eddy simulations were performed using immersed boundary method for problems with complex geometrical features. Film-cooling of gas turbine was studied for various influencing factors. Several other problems that were studied include internal cooling of gas turbines, mixing inside a trapped vortex combustor and unsteady interactions of stator-rotor rows.
