My research interests lie at the triple point of Computational Science, Distributed Cyberinfrastructure Development and Computer Science (abstractions & algorithms). My research is funded by wide source of funds: US-NSF, US-NIH, UK's EPSRC, internal competitive grants at LSU and most recently by Google. Although the opinions in these pages are mine, funding agencies are entitled to my opinion. I am currently writing a book on "Abstractions for Distributed Applications and Systems: A Computational Science Perspective" to be published by Wiley in 2010
