GPX Upload for Delorme and State Maps

Select the GPX file you want to be parsed and plotted on a state map. This can be your own found-File, a GPX file containing all coordinates in a state or whatever else you want. It can contain coordinates elsewhere, but only the ones in the particular state will be shown and counted.

You can send the GPX file as is or compressed as single file in a zip container. Using compression can greatly reduce upload speed.

After you uploaded the file you should see two maps with the uploaded locations marked and counted by Delorme page or parish/county.

You can use the resulting HTML source or only the image URLs in your profile page. The URLs are kind of long, but should not be a big problem with length restrictions. I use them myself.

This is really new (beginning of August 09) and not really well tested yet. I do not expect big problems, however. If there are, I would be happy to fix them. Just let me know.
