Projects:

• UCoMS(Ubiquitous Computing & Monitoring System for Discovery and Management of Energy Resources): Developing a dynamic workflow system for UCoMS project (which is supported by government funds) using Condor, Stork, Globus, C, and Bash programming.



• Mentoring Management Application: Developed an application to serve as a portal site for students to find possible mentors, post information on themselves for mentors to evaluate, and facilitate connecting students and industry mentors. In this project VB.NET, SQL Server 2005, and Javascript are used.

 
• Apartment Building Management Web Application: This project was my thesis project. In this project I developed a web application for management of group of buildings. Via this application manager of buildings can easily manage the apartments thru an administrative module. With the help of our program, all the information about apartments and buildings can be stored in a database.
  Second part of this system is for residents. Each resident will have a web account in the system.In this project PHP, SQL, XML and XSLT are used.



• Modification of Automation Program: I worked in this project for 3 months in summer internship, 2005. In this project I and my colleague Ertugrul Yilmaz modified an automation program which runs in Linux machine, in order to make it work in both Linux and Windows platforms.



• Library Management System: Via this program a librarian can manage basic library operations such as adding new books, deleting old-lost books, check-in and check-out processes. This project was implemented by using JAVA.



• Virtual File System: Developed a virtual file system by using a text file representing the hard drive of the system. Data entered to the system is written into the text file as blocks of data. Data removed from the system is also deleted from text file as blocks of data. This project is implemented by JAVA.
  
  
• Accounting Program: I worked in this project while I was an intern in TOFAS, which is Turkey's largest automobile manifacturer. This was also a web-base project. In this project I used OracleDB.
