Options:

-r  recursive - set the access level for all dataObjects
            in the entered collection and subCollections under it
-v  verbose
-V  Very verbose
-h  this help
 
Usage:

pchmod [-rhvV] null|read|write|own userOrGroup dataObj|Collection

ex: Give read permission to USERNAME for directory called DIRECTORY

pchmod -r read USERNAME DIRECTORY
