The CCT IT support team is here to help with computer issues for any of CCT's faculty, staff, or students. We can be reached in any of the following ways:

  • Help Desk work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Someone will be available at the Help Desk office during the work hours to answer questions or to put in tickets.
  • For walk-in problems that take longer than one sitting, a trouble ticket will be opened to track the issue.
