CCT IT Support Help for CCT faculty, staff, and students The CCT IT support team is here to help with computer issues for any of CCT's faculty, staff, or students. We can be reached in any of the following ways: - Help Desk work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Someone will be available at the Help Desk office during the work hours to answer questions or to put in tickets.
- For walk-in problems that take longer than one sitting, a trouble ticket will be opened to track the issue.
