BATON ROUGE – Robert Twilley, associate vice chancellor of research and economic development at LSU, director of the Coastal Sustainability Agenda and professor in the LSU Department of Oceanography and Coastal Sciences, was quoted in an article on the New York Times Web site examining the recent push for a massive coastal restoration effort to be launched in Louisiana.
