• The copy machine in the mail room can be used as a copier, printer and also scanner.
• To add the copier as a printer, use the hostname above and add it as a generic postscript printer
• The copier can scan documents, produce a PDF file and email it to the user. A short manual about this is in the mail room next to the fax machine
