About OGD
The Office of Grant Development, a unit of CCT's Operations Department, supports CCT faculty and researchers in the development and writing of research and educational proposals to federal and state funding agencies. OGD helps meets the long-term institutional research and educational priorities of CCT and LSU through promoting new and junior faculty research, senior faculty research, and even undergraduate and graduate research. OGD helps develop research partnerships across LSU colleges, departments, centers, and interdisciplinary groups.
The office supports:
- Center-level initiatives
- CCT faculty research
- Multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research teams
- Long-term proposal planning
OGD also offers a comprehensive suite of information resources to help new faculty, faculty expanding into new program areas, and graduate students acquire the skills and knowledge they need to write more competitive proposals.
